About

As Fitness Professionals, we learn about almost every muscle in the body. Rarely though are we taught how to use our voice or a microphone effectively.
My vocal journey began seven years ago in Hong Kong working at the dynamic XYZ cycle studio. There I was teaching up to fifteen spin classes every week. After a year I noticed my industry colleagues taking time off for vocal rest, complaining of strain or even losing their voice. It wasn't long before I started to develop similar symptoms myself.
To treat this vocal fatigue I applied the skills learned from my singing training at Dance College. The results were life-changing, so I created a workshop around these principles for my colleagues. Their feedback was incredibly positive.
Now as a qualified Vocal Process Voice Trainer I've continued to expand my knowledge and to help many others discover their true vocal potential.
I’ve been fortunate to connect and work with mentors at The Vocal Process. Together we have created an interactive vocal workshop tailored specifically to Fitness Instructors. Our discoveries have been so insightful and I can’t wait to share them with you.
Let me support your ongoing vocal health, preventing vocal issues and ensuring you have a long and healthy career.
Preserve and be heard.
